Who's Yelping Now?

People log on to the internet daily to find information and post comments on their everyday tasks. Yelp has become an internet resource to find all types of businesses. These resources also allow customers to become reviewers and critics.

Many businesses are listed on the Yelp website, but still have not been reviewed. Those that are reviewed may have one or many reviews and a star rating.

Negative and positive reviews have been posted about Sunnyside Chamber members. We now have to treat each customer as if they are going to review us on Yelp or any other numerous websites reviewing restaurants and other businesses. As business owners we should be aware of what is being written about us.

So the answer to “Who’s yelping now?” is any customer that makes a purchase!
